Leadbetter Golf Academy Partners with LPGA Foundation

New Partnership Creates Opportunities for
Women and Girls in Golf

CHAMPIONSGATE, FL. July 15, 2020 – Golfzon Leadbetter announces a new partnership with the LPGA Foundation, a charitable organization committed to empowering and supporting girls and women through developmental programs and humanitarian initiatives.

Similar to David Leadbetter’s holistic philosophy to golf instruction, the LPGA Foundation shares a common goal of creating champions on and off the course, through The Five E’s of LPGA*USGA Girls Golf. Teaming up with the LPGA Foundation will include expanding the LPGA*USGA Girls Golf presence throughout Leadbetter Golf Academies worldwide. This expansion will introduce a proven grow the game initiative for girls and introduce new coaching opportunities for aspiring female instructors, strengthening the future of women’s golf.

“We are proud of our partnership with LPGA*USGA Girls Golf. There is tremendous potential for ladies in the world of golf, and in business. Add this to the fact that the game is a lot of fun and can be played for a lifetime with friends and family. Our staff are trained to help provide holistic instruction in a fun atmosphere that is required by children to develop a love and passion for the game,” said David Leadbetter, founder of Leadbetter Golf Academy. “We are also excited to pass on our knowledge to assist teachers, coaches, volunteers and parents in their desire to educate themselves in the art of training kids. Kids are the future of sustaining this great game and we at Leadbetter Kids are thrilled to be a part of it.”

In addition to the LPGA*USGA Girls Golf expansion, Golfzon Leadbetter is proud to provide increased benefits and additional discounts for LPGA Professionals and Girls Golf site directors. Golfzon Leadbetter University will provide additional learning resources that highlights junior development. Through this education, LPGA Professionals and LPGA*USGA Girls Golf site directors will have the ability to become a Leadbetter Kids Certified Instructor.

“The LPGA Foundation is excited to partner with Leadbetter Golf Academy to expand their LPGA*USGA Girls Golf presence in the United States and select international locations,” said Nancy Henderson, Chief Teaching Officer/President of the LPGA Foundation. “In addition, we are extremely pleased that our LPGA Professionals will have access to Leadbetter Golf University offerings.”
